Fitment Industries: An Awesome Hub for Aftermarket Wheels

One day during my commute to work, I was driving along the freeway in the Focus ST. At this point, I was riding on the 19″ Focus RS wheels I picked up wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I loved the OEM-Plus look of the RS wheels on the ST and the tires were fantastic with plenty of grip and good ride comfort. I was very happy with the setup and was satisfied with my purchase.

It always seems that when you are enjoying something you did to your car is the prime time for something bad to happen. Well. Something bad happened to the RS wheels.

While driving during the commute to work, I was forced to swerve onto the left shoulder of the roadway after a bag of tools fell out of a work truck driving in front of me. When I crossed onto the shoulder, I drove over something and immediately felt the front driver’s side tire start to deflate. The front driver’s side wheel was entirely scratched up and there were multiple puncture holes on the tire.

Fitment Industries to the Rescue

I was so upset as I had only had that wheel and tire combo for a few months. Seeing that one of the wheels had moderate damage to it, I did what every responsible car enthusiast would do. I immediately looked into new wheels and tires to mend the heartbreak. Having followed their social media platforms for awhile, I looked into fitmentindustries.com to remedy my wheel problem.

When you log onto the page, you get the option to insert your vehicle’s specs to get all of the available options specific to your car. The company offers wheel and tire packages, suspension, and more for so many cars.

I searched the site for wheels and tires for the ST and was hit with more options than I could imagine. From the legendary wheel companies such as BBS and HRE, to the cost effective XXRs, Fitment Industries had it all. Just check out our top five best budget wheels list and you’ll see how much variety they have in their inventory!

One of the best parts about the website is the Gallery. Car enthusiasts who purchase from Fitment Industries upload photos of their car with their new wheels and tires. This is incredibly helpful to someone like me looking for that right setup. Also, the Gallery also provides the wheel and tire specs so you know if you will have rubbing or not.

The Buying Process

After looking at practically every Focus ST photo on the website, I locked in on purchasing some Enkei NT03M wheels (18×9.5 +40mm). When I was taken to the tire selection page, I was presented with tire options. I selected a set of 245/40r/18 BFGoodrich Sport Comp 2 tires to be mounted onto the new Enkeis. To the installation seamless, I had the wheels and tires installed with TPMS sensors. The package also came with free balancing as well as free shipping!

Fitment Industries has tons of budget-friendly wheel options. However, if you wish to purchase a wheel and tire package but need some more time paying it, Fitment Industries also has the option to use the company Affirm to finance the purchase.

The Result: Absolute Perfection

After a few days of waiting, my wheels and tires had arrived! The purchase was shipped on a pallet and was well packaged to avoid any damage to the wheels and tires. Without hesitation, I went right to installing them in my apartment complex parking lot.

I was ecstatic about how the setup turned out! The setup was better than expected! The top of the tires sat just below the fender, creating a nice “track stance”. I got constant compliments on the car after the installation. Overall, I could not have been happier with my purchase.
